How We Include Everyone on Our Team
On our team, we make sure to include everyone in everything, no matter the situation. Whether we are working on something important like coding the robot or just eating dinner together, we always work as one team.
One way we include everyone is by listening to each person’s ideas during meetings and making sure everyone has a chance to speak. Even if someone is shy or does not fully understand something, we encourage them to share their thoughts and help teach them new skills. We believe every idea matters and can help improve our team.
Another way we include each other is by giving everyone a role they enjoy. Some teammates like programming, while others enjoy building, designing, researching, or presenting.
